Registration Information

Complete our secure online registration form in advance or arrive 10 minutes early to fill it out at reception. Please bring a valid Medicare card, photo ID, and a list of current medications.

Transferring Medical Records

Provide your previous clinic’s details and we’ll request your records directly, ensuring continuity of care and a complete health profile.

Medicare & Billing

GP services are bulk billed for eligible Medicare card holders. Specialist consultations may have a gap fee—our staff will explain any charges before your appointment.
